We have had reports of a patient submitting service requests post-discharge. Do we turn off the service requests functionality for a patient on discharge?
Answer:
The service request feature is only shown on the active visit page (ongoing visit), not on the "end of visit" page when a patient's visit has completed.
If there was a delay in the EHR messages for the patient it's possible that they were effectively discharged but the app was still displaying the active visit page.
