Question:
We've seen some issues at client sites where service request users are unable to locate patients within the list in the Vital Response clinician app.
What conditions need to be met for a patient to be displayed on the list? e.g. do we need to have received aRegistration
for an Emergency visit or anArrival
for an Inpatient visit?
i.e. if the first message we receive for an inpatient visit is a Transfer or VisitUpdate, would we not display this patient as we have not received an indicator that an Emergency or Inpatient visit has started?
Answer:
For a visit to be shown in the clinician patient list, the visit must:

Not have the integration type "RestApi"

Not be a test visit

Have an associated facilityID
-
Have either an erVisitStartedAt or an inpatientVisitStartedAt set

Have a first name or a last name
