Once a patient is in a stage in ERAdvisor, how frequently do wait times tick down? And, do they tick up if we know it's going to be longer?
Answer:
Presently (As of 12/7/2022) wait times only tick down, we don't re-calculate the wait time for a patient during their visit. The wait time ticks down in 5-minute increments.
