If a client needs to add a phone number field to their quick registration system, does Vital require that information in a certain format (country code, 10-digit number)?
Answer:
I would push to receive the number in a standard format (as opposed to free text) as this will make it much easier to guarantee consistent data and handling of that data.
We can transform the number as required, but I would recommend country code and 10 digit number.
